Lucy's Laugh Lounge is the true home for comedy in Westchester County. Located in the middle of Pleasantville, NY; the comedy takes place in the 70 seat backroom of Lucy's Lounge. Before and after the shows, Lucy's front room features a full restaurant, bar, and live music.
Lucy's Laugh Lounge is run by NoMa Comedy Prodcutions which has been producing comedy shows throughout Westchester since 2013. In March of that year, Yorktown Masonic Lodge #1154 needed an exciting fundraiser. Lodge Brother Frank Pellegrino suggested comedy. He got in contact with Vic Dibitetto, Tommy Gooch, and Maureen Langan who all gave generous advice, input, and suggestions. The fundraiser was a raving success! The popularity of the event encouraged long time friend Adam Eliassof to encourage another show, but this time just for fun.
In December 2013 and January 2014 they threw two exciting shows on at Lucy's Lounge in Pleasantville, NY. The two shows at Lucy's Lounge were highlighted with headliners Johnny Watson and Sean Donnelly (respectively).
It was in the midst of these two shows that fellow Yorktown Lodge Brother, Rich DeLayo, expressed his passion for comedy and offered his expertise in finance and business and the team was born. After over 100 shows and having worked with over 200 different stand up comedians, Frank and Rich continue to grow, expand, and improve the blossoming comedy community throughout the area. Tom Grossi was added to the team in 2016, and the team has continued to produce quality comedy shows.
At the end of 2017, Frank, Rich, and Tommy came together with Rob Catalano to utilize that original backroom of Lucy's to create a comedy program that they could all be proud of.
